Mens Classic Blazer Black leather jacket #B5 I ordered this jacket on 19/09/2011 it was delivered next day by regular delivery terms. The jacket is well made and a perfect fit. The construction is of good quality leather and Im sure it will give me years of wear. A very good service and product Thankyou.

We were not sure about the size to order. We measured my son's chest (the recipient), but were unsure how much to allow for a pullover and all the dross he carries in his pockets. One phone call and the warehouse actually measured the jacket while I was on the phone. They went far beyond what one might hope for from internet shopping. We were able to make an informed decision and I placed the order. Next morning I received an SMS that the jacket would arrive that day, then at lunchtime another giving an hour time slot to expect it. It turned up in the middle of the slot. I had visions of looking for a 6-star rating.Then we found a tear in the leather. With dark forebodings, I now had visions of a 1-star rating. The jacket was parcelled up and returned with a request for a replacement. When I checked a couple of working days later, the jacket had been delivered and signed for. When, the next day, there was no word of a redelivery, I called. There were some issues trying to get hold of the right people, but after 10 minutes in a call to the right person (who was as helpful and polite as he might be), I was promised that a new jacket would be shipped immediately. It was, with the same advice at every step of the delivery and sure enough it turned up bang on time.Because the return was due to damaged goods, I have been assured that a refund for the postage will arrive via Amazon in due course.Sadly I am unable to award the company 6 stars, but my faith has been absolutely rewarded and I commend absolutely the jackets and the company to the Amazon community.
