The Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) is a protective clothing system developed in the 1980s by the United States Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center. This quality and sturdy ECWCS jacket is the perfect choice for all weather conditions. It features special 3-layer fabric system that is waterproof, windproof and breathable at the same time. Moreover it goes with warm removable fleece liner. Presented parka features cobra style hood, a two-way, full-front zipper with double storm flap, Raglan sleeves, armpit ventilation zippers and adjustable Velcro wrist cuffs. Furthermore there are two cargo pockets on the lower front of a jacket. Fully removable fleece attaches to the jacket with a zipper, has a high collar, two zipped pockets and drawstring bottom, and can be used on its own if necessary. The jacket is a perfect choice for police, military and EMT as well as for fishing, hunting and a lot of other outdoor activities.

Great Value

Superb jacket, totally waterproof, don't know how breathable it is as I wasn't in a situation. Decent zip-in fleece supplied with this product. My only criticism... and it is very small, would be that the internal chinguard should have a fleece liner, apart from that this is a winner, loads of different cams and colours available too. Very Highly Recommended. 9/10.

First of all let me say I pondered this purchase for a while. Real-tree is a very common camo' pattern but god forbid wanting to look like a bivvy-liver (Carp Angler). So I opted for something different. Okay I might be mistaken for a veteran of the Waffen SS but its a very nice camo' pattern.Delivery was very very quick. Ordered on Monday morning and it was with me on Tuesday about 10.30am! Wow! I was hoping I would get it by Friday!This is a classy piece of kit I have to say. I looks good at first glance but when you look at the seams and the detail of the coat you realise its very well put together. The fleece liner is wearable on its own and is easily detached and has as many pockets as the coat itself. Just everything about the garment says QUALITY. Perfect length on the cuffs for my size as well(large)Of course the real test is when I'm on the bank at 2.00am and its pouring down with rain. Then we'll see if it really is as good as it looks - but something tells me it will be just dandy!Mil-tecs website is very useful for checking the extra measurements and detals.

Finally an XXXL product that actually is XXXL. Stiching is excellent, detatchable fleece liner is really good quality. Can't fault the product, or the supplier.
